The Town keeps residents well informed about meetings, programs, events and services through several outlets. Meeting agendas and specific information about Town programs and events are posted on the town website, townoffarragut.org, as well as in the Farragut Shopper News and the farragutpress. Information can also be found on Town of Farragut TV (Charter channel 193 and TDS channel 3), along with live broadcasts of Board of Mayor and Aldermen and Municipal Planning Commission meetings. Meeting videos are rebroadcast on Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 p.m. on Town of Farragut TV and are available on demand on the Town's YouTube channel.

A quarterly newsletter, "Talk of the Town," is distributed to Farragut residents through the farragutpress. A monthly e-newsletter, "At Your Leisure," details upcoming Parks & Recreation classes and events. Click here to sign up online. Visit Farragut is the Town of Farragut’s initiative to develop sound ways to attract and retain visitors to our area, promote and support our local businesses and serve our community. VisitFarragut.org highlights Farragut’s hotels, restaurants and shopping, and social media advertising is used to promote local events as well as larger regional events that could bring visitors to Farragut.
